What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Fenty Beauty purchase! If for any reason you need to make a return, you can easily start the process by visiting our Returns Center.

  • If you don’t absolutely love your purchase, we offer free pre-paid returns for all for active FentyBeauty.com account holders on U.S. orders within 30 days of your purchase! For customers without a FentyBeauty.com account, we offer pre-paid returns for a $5 fee.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost in transit, so we recommend keeping your tracking information until your return is complete.
  • Once your package arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected and processed. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Refunds will be sent to your original form of payment and typically appear within 10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • At this time, we’re unable to offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order after returning your original product.

How do I make a return for my U.S. order?

How to Return Your Item(s) – U.S. Orders

  1. Visit our Returns Center and select the item(s) you’d like to return, along with the reason for each. Please be sure to select all items you want refunded—any items not listed won’t be processed.
  2. Pack your return securely in the original packaging if available. If not, use a sturdy box or padded envelope to protect the item(s) during shipping.
  3. Attach the prepaid return label to the front of your package.
  4. Drop your package off at your nearest United States Postal Service (USPS) location.
  5. Keep an eye on your inbox—we’ll send you an email confirmation once your return has been received and processed.

How do I make a return for my international Order?

  1. For orders shipping to Canada, the UK, the EU, and Australia, please start your return through our Returns Center.For all other international orders, kindly reach out to our International Customer Service team for assistance.

    Please note:
    • We’re unable to accept returns on items with hazmat shipping restrictions (like Fenty Eau de Parfum or Liquid Killawatt).
    • In some cases, you may be eligible for a refund of some or all duties and taxes from your local customs office—please contact them directly for details.
    • At this time, we don’t offer exchanges for international returns.

Can I return an online order in-store?

No, so sorry! If you purchased directly from www.fentybeauty.com, your return must be completed online. The good news—it’s super simple! Just visit our Help Center for step-by-step return instructions.

How do I return a Fenty Beauty item purchased through TikTok Shop?

All TikTok Shop orders must be returned directly through TikTok Shop. To start a return, open the TikTok app, go to your profile, tap “Orders,” select the item you’d like to return, and follow the steps provided.

Please note, returns for TikTok Shop purchases can only be processed through TikTok Shop—we’re unable to accept them through the Fenty Beauty website or customer service team.

How long does it take to receive a refund for a TikTok Shop return?

Refunds for TikTok Shop returns are typically processed within 3–5 business days after your return is approved. The exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Are TikTok Shop purchases eligible for exchanges?

At this time, TikTok Shop purchases are not eligible for exchanges. If you’d like a different item, shade, or product, we recommend returning your original order through TikTok Shop and placing a new order.

How long do I have to return an item?

You may return any Fenty Beauty product within 30 days from the purchase date.

Manage Order

Can I cancel my order ?

Once an order has been placed, we’re not able to modify or cancel it. We recommend double-checking your shipping details, items, and quantities before completing your purchase to be sure everything is just right.

Can I edit my order?

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes to it. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before checkout to make sure your shipping details, items, and quantities are correct.

Can I check the status on my order?

You can check the status of your order and view your full Order History by visiting the Orders page under  My Account. Please note that your Order History will update once your items have shipped.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Fenty Beauty E-Gift Cards can be purchased online here and sent directly to a recipient via email. Cards are available in amounts from $25 to $200, and the recipient will receive an email within 24 hours of purchase.

E-Gift Cards can be redeemed online only at FentyBeauty.com for merchandise up to the card’s value. They cannot be used to buy other gift cards, are non-refundable, and have no cash value. The balance can be checked online, and the cards do not expire.

Can I modify or cancel my TikTok Shop order after checkout?

Once your order is placed on TikTok Shop, it cannot be modified or canceled. We recommend double-checking your shipping address, payment method, and items in your cart before completing checkout.

Where is my Tiktok Shop order?

Once your order ships, you can track it right in the TikTok app. Just go to your profile, tap “Orders”, and select the order you’d like to track. You’ll see the latest shipping updates and estimated delivery date there.

You’ll also receive shipping updates and tracking details directly from TikTok Shop by email or in-app notifications, so you’re always in the loop.

How do I place an order through TikTok Shop?

You can shop Fenty Beauty directly on TikTok! Just head to our official Fenty Beauty TikTok Shop, browse your favorite products, and tap “Buy Now” or “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready to checkout, follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment details.

After your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation from TikTok Shop, and you can track your order status anytime under your TikTok profile in “Orders.”

Why was my TikTok Shop order canceled?

TikTok Shop may automatically cancel orders for a few reasons, such as:

  • Payment issues (e.g., declined or unverified payment method)
  • Out-of-stock or unavailable items
  • Shipping or address errors

If your order was canceled, you’ll receive a notification from TikTok Shop with more details. You’re welcome to place a new order once the issue is resolved.

My package was marked delivered but I didn’t receive it.

Do you offer free shipping?

FREE Standard Shipping – Contiguous USA

  • FentyBeauty.com account holders: Enjoy free Standard Shipping on all merchandise orders! Please allow 4–8 business days for processing and delivery. This benefit applies to orders placed after creating your account.
  • Non-account holders: Free Standard Shipping is available on merchandise orders of $35 or more.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Enjoy FREE Standard International Shipping on orders of $75 USD or more.

Important Shipping Notes:

  • Orders containing hazmat items (like Fenty Eau de Parfum or Liquid Killawatt) must ship via Ground Standard Shipping in the U.S.
  • International orders with hazmat items must ship via DHL Express, and shipping rates vary by country; they’ll be calculated at checkout.

When will I receive my order?

To have your order start processing the same day, please place it by 12 PM ET. Orders typically take 1–2 business days to process, and delivery times apply to orders placed Monday through Friday.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer Express and Standard shipping for international orders. Where available, you can select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and fees will be calculated in your chosen currency during checkout.

For international orders under $75 USD, shipping rates vary by country and will be determined at checkout.

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! We offer 2-day shipping for U.S. orders, with the exception of items classified as hazmat (like Fenty Eau de Parfum or Liquid Killawatt), which must ship via Standard Ground Shipping due to regulations.

Please also allow 1–2 business days for processing before your order ships.

How long does shipping take for TikTok Shop orders?

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Delivery times are based on orders placed Monday–Friday and typically take 4–8 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

Will I be charged customs or import fees for international orders?

The taxes and duties are determined based on the products being purchased and the regulations of the country they are being sent to.

Typically, if there are taxes and duties necessary to ship your products outside the U.S., those will be applied during the checkout process. During checkout, all applicable taxes and duties will be calculated, and if included, it will state that all taxes and duties were covered.

If the taxes and duties are not prepaid, you will be responsible for paying them upon delivery.

Shipping Protection

What is Shipping Protection and why do I need it/ how does it work?

Shipping Protection is like a little extra insurance you can grab when you’re checking out. It’s there to cover you if your order gets lost, stolen or damaged while it’s on its way. If something goes wrong during shipping, just file a claim and you’ll get your money back. 

How much does it cost?  

Shipping Protection costs 2% of the order value or $2 per order, whichever is higher. You can add it at checkout to cover your order. 

What exactly does it cover?  

Shipping Protection covers orders that have been damaged, lost in transit, stolen and/or gone missing.

When should I file a claim?  

You can file a claim if your order is lost, stolen, or damaged. The exact timing depends on the specific issue (see below). 

If your item shows as ‘delivered’ and is damaged, you don’t need to wait to file a claim. 

Package Lost 

  1. Your item was shipped. 
  2. Your item was not delivered. 
  3. You can file a claim if it’s at least 1 day past the expected delivery date or 10 days after the original shipping date. 
  4. You must file a claim within 9 months of either the delivery date or the shipping date + 10 days. 

 Package Stolen 

  1. Your item was shipped. 
  2. Your item was marked as delivered. 
  3. You can file a claim if it’s at least one day after the delivery date. 
  4. You must file the claim within 9 months of the delivery date. 

Item Damaged 

  1. Your item was shipped. 
  2. Your item was delivered. 
  3. You can file a claim if it’s at least 10 days after shipping date 
  4. You must file the claim within 30 days of the delivery date. 

How do I submit a claim if I added Shipping Protection?

You can file a Shipping Protection claim the same place you return an item. 

How long does the claim process take?  

Most claims are approved within 24 hours but may take up to 3 business days. We’ll keep you in the loop via email. You’ll get an email when you start a claim and another one telling you if it’s approved or denied. If the insurance peeps need more info, they’ll send you an email about that too.

What if my claim is denied, delayed, or I need an update?

If your claim is deniedstill pending, or you need more details than we can provide, you can contact the Shipping Protection claims team directly:

They can give you detailed status updates or clarification on claim decisions.

Is there a maximum coverage amount?  

The maximum coverage amount is $3,000 USD for the total cart.

How will I know if my claim is approved?  

You’ll get an email telling you whether your claim has been approved or not. 

Is my shipping protection refundable or can I remove it after purchase?  

Yes! Before your order ships, contact customer support and we’ll refund your Shipping Protection cost.

Payments & Billing

Where is Sales Tax charged?

Within the United States, sales tax is applied to orders shipping to the following states:
AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY.

For orders shipping to Alabama, we collect the Simplified Seller’s Use Tax and remit it on your behalf to the Alabama Department of Revenue (Account No. SSU-R010083801).

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and fees vary depending on the destination country/region. These will be calculated and shown during checkout.

Do you offer product subscriptions?

Yes! If the item qualifies, you’ll see the option to set it up as a subscription when placing your order (please note, not every item is eligible).

Managing your subscription is easy:
1. Log in to your Fenty Beauty account.
2. Head to the “My Subscription” section in your account dashboard to view or make updates.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes! You can cancel your Fenty Beauty subscription at any time by logging into your Fenty Beauty account. Once logged in, go to your subscription settings where you’ll have the option to cancel.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Refunds are typically processed within:

  • 3–5 business days for U.S. orders
  • 7–10 business days for international orders

If your original payment was made with an international credit card, PayPal, or any third-party payment service, please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Do you offer student, military, or pro discounts?

Not at the moment—we currently only offer a student discount through UNiDAYS. That doesn’t mean we won’t ever expand to military or pro discounts in the future, so stay tuned!
